14-day right of withdrawal

Under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, you have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase from the date you receive the item. You can return the product without giving a reason, as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

How to proceed

1. Email us at post@hallbergtre.no within 14 days of receipt.
2. Pack the item securely and return it to the address we provide.
3. We will refund the purchase price as soon as we have received and checked the item, normally within 14 days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges if the size or design isn't right, or if you'd prefer a different design. Get in touch and we'll find a solution together.

Faults or defects (claims)

If you receive a product with faults or defects, you have up to 5 years to make a claim under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Contact us with a photo and a description of the fault, and we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund.

Return costs

When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer covers return postage. If the item has faults or defects, Hallberg Tre covers all costs associated with returns and replacements.

Customised products

Please note that products customised to your wishes (e.g. personalised engraving or your own designs) are not covered by the right of withdrawal, under § 22, paragraph e of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. Your right to make a claim for faults and defects still applies.
